Returns
Products purchased on the Flask website can be returned for a refund to Flask within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
*Note: If you have purchased a Flask from one of our dealers, please contact them directly about their return policy.
Since My and Engraved orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns.
If you need to return an item, here’s what to do:
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
- Acquire an RMA Number by contacting our Consumer Service team via our Contact Us form.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label as well as a packing slip document to add to the return. The packing slip contains important information to process your return.
- Refunds may take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
